摘　　要：2014年,仍处于深度调整时期的中国造纸工业依然面临着许多困难和挑战,如何走出低谷走出困境,对此纸业战略专家、中国轻工业信息中心副主任郭永新近期就三个问题进行了思考,这三个问题既有造纸业面临的新形势,也有曾经被业界多次讨论老话题,郭永新都给出了独到的观点和意见。他提出并分析的三个问题分别是:新经济,对手还是朋友?转型升级,是康庄道还是独木桥?专业化还是多元化?2014 is the year that China paper industry is still in the stage of deep adjustment which is full of difficulties and challenges. How to step out the tough time, Guo Yong xi n, the vice director of China Light Industry Information Center and the strategy expert of paper industry, gave his answers to the three questions. The three questions were as followed: new economy, the rival or the friend? Transition and upgrade, are the broad road or the singlelog bridge? Specialization or diversification?
