电针治疗严重功能性便秘1例体会

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗严重功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法电针疗法;选穴:天枢(双侧)、腹结(双侧)、上巨虚(双侧);通过排便日记卡记录患者每日排便情况,观察针灸门诊典型病例1例。结果本例患者经过8周的电针治疗,达到临床治愈。结论电针疗法对功能性便秘疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of Serious functional constipation.Methods EA therapy. Point Selection：Taint（bilateral）,abdominal junction（bilateral）,Shinjuku（bilateral）;Through recording the daily defecation situation in patient with defecation diary card to observe 1 typical case from acupuncture clinic. Results The patient achieved clinical cure after eight weeks of electro-acupuncture treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of EA therapy on functional constipation is distinct,worthy of clinical promotion.
