摘　　要：偏灰偏火是煤气炉日常操作中的"常见病"。煤气炉出现偏灰偏火的危害很大,处理恢复的难度同样很大。采取主动措施预防是关键。从工艺、设备、操作、煤质等方面分析导致偏火偏灰的原因。The Phenomenon of partial-fire and partial-ash is the ＂common desease＂ in gasifier daily operation,which is very harmful. Also it is very difficult to resume the operation, taking proactive prevention measures is the key. The causes are analyzed from these aspects of process, devices operation and coal quality, etc.
