摘　　要：针对PSA分离中大功率往复式真空泵出现的问题,采取优化工艺、改进操作和改造设备等措施,使真空泵高效稳定运行。另外,对往复式真空泵在设计上的不足提出改进建议。For the problem of high-power reciprocating vacuum pump in the PSA process, take the measures of optimizing the process, improving the operation and revamping the equipment, so the vacuum pump operates stably and efficiently. In addition, the improvement for the design defect of the reciprocating vacuum pump is proposed.
