摘　　要：针对采用DAVY工艺的1 800kt/a甲醇装置合成系统冷量不足的问题,从设备的设计选型、运行维护、除蜡等方面入手,探讨解决方案及改进意见,可为大型甲醇项目设备设计选型及运行维护优化提供参考。For the problem of the insufficient cooling capacity in the 1 800kt/a methanol unit which applying DAVY process, discuss the solutions and improvements from these following aspects： the device design, option, operation, maintaining and wax removal, etc., which could be the references for the large methanol project.
