摘　　要：随着政府一系列促进办法和奖励政策的出台,绿色建筑在中国迎来前所未有的高速发展机遇。文章以一个绿色建筑从业者的视角,回顾了绿色建筑在中国的发展经历,基于统计数据评估中国绿色建筑的发展现状及特点,并结合项目案例分析其存在的主要问题,探求绿色建筑由设计、建造到最终高效运行之间的差距及其解决之道。With the introduction of a series of promotion methods and reward policies of tile government, the green building has greeted the unprecedented opportunity of rapid development in China. The paper reviews the development experience of green buildings in China from the visual angle of a green building practitioner, evaluates the development present situations and characteristics of green buildings in China based on statistical data, and combines with the main problems occurring in the project case analysis to explore the gap between the design, construction and final efficient operation of green builds and its solutions.
