摘　　要：雷锋精神是民族精神与时代精神的精华,是社会主义核心价值的生动诠释,是随着时代发展不断丰富和完善的精神,是人的本性对精神境界的追求。在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观中,雷锋精神对巩固大学生爱国信念具有支撑作用,对培育大学生敬业精神具有催化作用,对提升大学生诚信境界具有推动作用,对形成大学生友善情感具有浸润作用。在高校中应使学习雷锋活动常态化,从而实现以雷锋精神践行社会主义核心价值观。Lei Feng＇s spirit is the essence of the national spirit and time spirit, a vivid interpretation of the socialist core values, the spirit of constant enrichment and improvement along with the development of the times, and the pursuit of human nature towards spiritual realm. During the process of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, Lei Feng＇s spirit plays a supportive role in strengthening college students＇ patriotic belief, catalyzes the cultivation of their dedication to work, fulfills identification function to enhance the students＇ integrity and has an infectious effect on their forming friendships. Learning from Lei Feng activities should be tried to achieve normalization in universities, so as to practice the socialist core values in the spirit of Lei Feng.
