摘 要:为研究日粮中添加不同水平的丝兰提取物对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取280日龄"农大3号"蛋鸡180只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只,丝兰提取物的添加水平分别为0、60、120、180 mg/kg。结果显示:日粮中添加丝兰提取物可提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比、平均蛋重、平均耗料量,对蛋鸡的蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单、蛋壳相对重、蛋黄比率均无显著影响(P〉0.05),对蛋壳颜色的影响没有规律性,随着丝兰属植物提取物添加剂量的增加,蛋黄颜色轻微降低,蛋黄重有降低的趋势。提示日粮中添加60~120mg/kg丝兰属植物提取物为蛋鸡适宜添加量。To study the effects of dietary different levels of yucca extract on production performance and egg quality of laying hens,180"Nongda No.3"280-day-age layers were randomly divided into four groups of three repeats,each repeat with 15 layers. The supplementation levels of yucca extract were 0,60,120,180 mg/kg. The results showed that dietary yucca extract could improve the laying rate,lower the ratio of feed to egg,average egg weight and average feed consumption. The dietary yucca extract did not significantly affect egg shape index,egg shell thickness,eggshell strength,albumen height,Haugh unit,eggshell relatively heavy and egg yolk ratio(P〉0.05),the effect on eggshell color showed no regularity,with the increasing of yucca extract supplementation,the yolk color and yolk weight was decrease.The results indicated that the appropriate supplementation dosage of yucca extract was 60 to 120 mg/kg in laying hens dietary.
