摘　　要：目的:探讨诊所含氯消毒剂使用不规范因素,制定应对策略,提高诊所控制感染性疾病传播能力。方法:2012年采用实地调查与问卷调查方式,对辖区内278家诊所含氯消毒剂的使用情况及影响因素进行调查分析,发现100%未按《规范》要求使用蒸馏水配制;95.7%配制容器没有标准刻度;91.0%没有效氯快速测定试纸;77.3%的工作人员未能掌握相关基本知识;68.3%未能掌握消毒方法;52.5%配制时防护不到位;51.4%不清楚使用时限;41.0%使用中的浓度不符合要求;30.6%浸泡消毒容器不密闭;27.3%消毒液的存放不当。继而针对影响因素做出相对应措施,并于2013年采用同样方法进行调查。结果:大部份诊所按《规范》使用含氯消毒剂,滥用现象减少。结论:加强诊所消毒监管,增进工作人员对含氯消毒剂相关知识的了解,有助提高含氯消毒剂的合理使用。Objective：To investigate non-standard factors in the usage of chlorine disinfectants in clinics,develop coping strategies,and improve the ability to prevent the transmission of infectious disease in clinic.Methods：The usage and influencing factors of in 278 clinics within the jurisdiction were investigated and analyzed base on the methods of field surveys and questionnaires in 2012.In the survey,100%of the clinics didn＇t use distilled water to compound chlorine disinfectants in accordance with the requirements.95.7%didn＇t have configuration containers with calibration standard.91.0% didn＇t have rapid test papers for chlorine.In 77.3%clinics,staffs failed to grasp the basic knowledge.In 68.3% clinics,staffs failed to grasp the sterilization method.In 52.5%clinics,staffs＇ protection are not in place when formulating.In 51.4%clinics,staffs didn＇t know the period of usage.In 41.0%clinics,the concentration did not meet the requirements.In 30.6%clinics,the immersion disinfection containers were not sealed.In 27.3%clinics,the disinfectants are improperly stored.Results：Most clinics use chlorine disinfectant in accordance with specifications,and the abuse phenomenon is reduced.Conclusion：The rational use of chlorine disinfectants could be improved by strengthening the supervision of clinic disinfection and enhancing the understanding about the use of chlorine containing disinfectant for the staffs.
