最低工资政策对就业的影响是推力还是阻力？--基于北京市制造业的分析

摘　　要：本文以北京市制造业为研究对象,利用VAR模型分析了在劳动力市场买方垄断的条件下最低工资对就业的影响。估计结果显示,在其他影响就业水平的因素不变时,最低工资对北京市制造业就业起推力作用。政府应根据地域、行业性质、劳动力市场结构等因素调整最低工资标准,可以在不损失就业的情况下,提高最低工资以保障劳动者基本生活。This paper takes the manufacturing industry as the research object, using VAR model, analyzed the minimum wage effect on employment under the condition of monopoly labor market. Estimation results show that the minimum wage could promote manufacturing jobs in the other factors that affect the level of employment at constant in Beijing. Government adjust the minimum wage standard should based on the nature of region, industry, labor market structure and other factors. In the case of no loss of employment, raise the minimum wage to ensure workers life.
