摘 要:浅埋暗挖PBA工法施工的关键在于导洞,运用数值模拟和层次权重决策分析法,研究北京地铁6号线花园桥站导洞施工的最优方案,结果表明:(1)导洞开挖面距离桩基11 m时桩基开始沉降,导洞紧邻桩基施工时桩基沉降近似正比例增加;(2)超前小导管注浆加固导洞拱顶,随挖随护喷射混凝土和对紧邻桩基的导洞施做临时仰拱可有效控制导洞洞周变形;(3)先施工下层导洞,后施工上层导洞,先施工边导洞,后施工中导洞对控制导洞拱顶、地表及邻近桩基的位移最有利。In order to determine the best plan of excavation order of pilot tunnel of subway staion down-traversing Huayuan Bridge consrtucted by Pile-beam-arch method(PBA),numerical simulation of FLAC3D and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are used based on Huayuanqiao Station of Beijing subway Line 6.Research results are shown as follows:(1) The settlement of pile foundation of bridge generats when the excavation face of pilot tunnel is about 11m away from the pile foundation of bridge.And the value of settlement increases in proportion to the construction schedul.(2) Grouting to the small pipes above the arch crown in advance,implementing temporary invert in the "upper-edge" pilot tunnel which is adjacent to the proximal pile and shotcreting after the excavation of the pilot tunnel timely are effective measures to control the deformation of the pilot tunnel.(3) The "lower-upper,edge-central" excavation order of pilot tunnel is good to control the settlement of arch crown and ground surface and the settlement and tilt of adjacent pile foundation of bridge.
