摘  要:目的:建立同时测定白花丹中白花丹醌和香草酸含量的方法,为药材的质量评价提供科学依据.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.15%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min.结果:白花丹醌在9.95~199μg范围内与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.52%;香草酸在10.1~202 μg范围内与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.58%;白花丹中白花丹醌平均含量为0.0310%,香草酸平均含量为0.0124%.结论:本法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于控制白花丹药材的质量.Objective: To establish the approach for determining content of plumbagin and vanillic acid in plumbago, so as to provide scientific basis for the quality assessment of medicinal material. Method: HPLC with methanol-0.15% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase gradient elution was applied. Detection wavelength was of 260 nm, the flow rate of 1.0ml/min. Result: Plumbagin showed a good linear relationship with peak area values in the range of 9.95-199 ug, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 99.52%. Vanilla acid presented a good linear relationship with peak area values in the range of 10.1-202 ug, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 99.58%. The content of plumbagin and vanillic acid in plumbago was 0.0310% and 0.0124% respectively. Conclusion: The approach was simple and accurate with high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It can be use to control the quality of plumbago.
