摘  要:采用加工测试件法分别在配备HNC-210B和FANUC-0iMC数控系统的机床上对LY12试件进行综合切削加工,用三坐标测量仪分别测量试件的直线度、垂直度、倾斜度、位置度、同轴度和平行度,用圆度仪测量试件的圆度,采用方差分析法对所测数据进行分析。结果表明:两试件的直线度完全相同,试件倾斜度、位置度、同轴度均符合F<Fcrit,Pvalue>0.05,国产HNC-210B数控系统与国外FANUC-0iMC数控系统之间的综合加工性能的差异不显著。The samples LY12 were processed using the comprehensive process method in the HNC-210 B and FANUC-0iMC CNC machine tools. The straightness,verticality,inclination,location,coaxiality and parallel degree of the samples were measured respectively with CMM. The roundness of the samples was measured with roundness instrument. The test data were analyzed with variance analysis method. The results show that the straightnesses of the two samples are same,the inclination,location and coaxiality are consistent with F Fcrit,Pvalue 0. 05. The comprehensive process properties are no significant difference between HNC-210 B and FANUC-0iMC.
