摘  要:利用FLUENT软件的动网格技术,通过对转子泵出口球阀的运动特性及转子泵内部流场进行仿真计算和可视化分析,得到出口球阀运动参数的变化曲线和转子泵内部流场的分布情况。仿真分析结果表明:3组球阀的速度、升程、受力随转子的转动呈周期性变化;由于初始条件和边界条件不同,所得仿真曲线与球阀运动规律的数学模型计算曲线有所不同,但变化趋势是一致的;在转子相互啮合区,压力值最小,变化梯度最大,且最小值随转子的转动而变化。Using dynamic mesh model offered by FLUENT,numerical simulation and visual analysis were conducted on the motion characteristics of three groups export ball valve and the flow field of the rotor pump. Movement parameters curve of export ball valve and flow field distribution of rotor pump were obtained. Simulation results show that: speed,lift and force of three groups ball valve are periodical changes with the rotation of the rotor. Because of the differences of the initial and boundary conditions,the obtained curves and the mathematical model curves of the ball valve are different,but the change trends are consistent; in the rotor mutual engagement areas,pressure value is the minimum and gradient change is the maximum,and the minimum is also changing with the rotation of the rotor.
