摘　　要：介绍了基于LabVIEW的模切机监测系统的基本构成、软硬件设计方法和主要功能。该系统可以进行模切机各种状态信号的自动采集、显示、分析、存储。基于LabVIEW的模切机监测系统开发成本低、研制周期短、性能可靠,对模切机安全运行及故障诊断有重要的作用。The basic configurations,software and hardware design methods and main functions of die-cutting machines monitoring system based on LabVIEW were introduced. This system can carry out automatic data acquisition,display,analysis and storage of various state signals of die-cutting machines. The monitoring system of die-cutting machines which is based on LabVIEW has the following advantages： low cost,short development cycle,reliablity. The development of the system is very importance to safety performance and failure diagnose of die-cutting machines.
