摘  要:利用大气等离子体喷涂在45钢表面制备WC-17Co涂层,综合评价了涂层的耐磨性及耐腐蚀性能。通过X射线衍射仪对涂层相成分进行了表征;对涂层室温滑动摩擦磨损性能及电化学腐蚀行为进行了测试。结果表明:制备态涂层中存在W2C脱碳相,W2C主要形成于热喷涂涂层过程;滑动摩擦磨损试验表明WC-17Co涂层具有优良的耐磨性能,在8 N载荷下滑动摩擦磨损25 min,其磨损量仅为0.088 g;在3种溶液中电化学腐蚀试验显示WC-17Co涂层在10%HCl溶液中的自腐蚀电位最高,为-254 mV,同时腐蚀速率也最大,达2.686E-1mm·a-1。The WC-17Co coatings were prepared by air plasma spraying technique on the substrate of steel 45. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was employed to examine the phase component of as-sprayed coatings. The wear and electrochemical corrosion tests were carried out. The results show that the as-sprayed coatings were consisted of W2C phase. The wear test confirmed that the WC-17Co coatings have better wear resistance. The electrochemical corrosion test shows that the self corrosion potential and the corrosion rate of WC-17Co coatings tested in 10%HCl was the biggest one in the three corrosion solutions.
