摘  要:纳林河煤矿2号副立井净直径10.5m,最大掘进直径15.5m,井深583.95m,冻结深度521m。井筒主冻结孔采用缓凝水泥浆固管封水,封堵冻结孔竖向导水通道,可避免冻结壁解冻后,冻结孔导水,威胁矿井安全。井筒掘进时,采用双联伞形钻架凿岩,成功地解决了大直径井筒全断面一次钻眼爆破难题,凿岩效率提高了40%,缩短了循环时间,加快了施工进度,掘砌外壁月成井有3个月达到或超过100m。另外,冬季采暖,保证工程质量和顺利施工,也是一项成功经验。No.2 mine auxiliary shaft of Nalinhe Mine had a net diameter of 10.5m,a max excavation diameter of 15.5m,a shaft depth of 583.95 mand a freezing depth of 521 m.In the main freezing borehole of the mine shaft,a retarded cement grout was applied to the consolidation of the pipe and the water sealing,to the sealing of the vertical water flow channel in the freezing borehole in order to eliminate the water flow of the freezing borehole and the danger to the mine safety after the thawing of the freezing wall of the mine shaft.During the mine shaft sinking period,a dual umbrella drilling frame was applied to the rock drilling.The drilling frame successfully solved a difficult problem of a full section one drilling and blasting for the large diameter shaft and the rock drilling efficiency was improved by 40%.A circulation time was reduced,the construction schedule was speeded up and there were three months that a month excavation and lining of the mine shaft was reached or over 100 m.In addition,a heat supply in the winter season could ensure the project quality and a successful construction and would be one successful experience.
