摘 要:门克庆煤矿主井净直径9.6m,井深786.66m,选用Ⅵ型井架凿井。为适应井筒快速施工需要,设计制作了三层凿井吊盘,盘间距4m,通过8根立柱连接。吊盘主要由盘架、盘面、辅助盘、喇叭口、立柱、悬吊装置等组成,其结构满足了布置1台主提升机、2台副提升机的要求。该吊盘在整个井筒施工期间,安全可靠,确保了提升、吊挂系统的安全高效运行,达到了预期效果。A mine main shaft of Menkeqing Mine had a net diameter of 9.6m and a depth of 786.66 m.A Ⅵ type mine headframe was selected for the mine shaft sinking.In order to meet a rapid construction requirement of the mine shaft,a three floor sinking stage was designed and manufactured with a floor space of 4mand 8column connection.The sinking stage was mainly consisted of a stage frame,stage platform,auxiliary stage,feeding entry,column,suspended device and others.The stage structure could meet the requirements to arrange one main hoist and two auxiliary hoists.During the construction period of the mine shaft sinking,the stage was safety and reliable and could ensure a safety and high efficient operation of the hoisting and suspension system.An expected effect was obtained.
