摘 要:本实验以红光、蓝光、红蓝光(2∶1)和白光等4种LED光源比较不同光质对甘蔗愈伤组织分化、增殖和叶片可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,红光照射下的甘蔗愈伤组织分化效率最高,在16 d时已经接近最高值。蓝光、红蓝光和白光等光源照射的愈伤组织光照24 d,分化率接近最高值。在幼苗增殖上,红光、红蓝光和白光之间没有显著差异,但都明显高于蓝光下的增殖倍数。在叶绿素含量上,在红蓝组合光下植株叶片叶绿素含量最高,而蓝光下甘蔗组培苗叶绿素含量最低。蓝光照射可促进幼苗伸长,增加可溶性蛋白含量。因此,应根据甘蔗组培不同阶段的技术需要选用合适的光源。In this experiment, four type of LED light source including red, blue, red-blue (2:1) and white were used to analyze their effects on sugarcane callus differentiation and seedlings propagation. The results showed that the efficiency of sugarcane callus differentiation under the red light was the highest and close to the maximum value at the time of 16 days. Under blue, red-blue and white light, the callus differentiation was near the highest value at the time of 24 days. On the propagation, there was no significant difference between the red, red-blue and white light, all of which were significantly higher than that under blue light. On the chlorophyll content under red-blue light, the leaf chlorophyll content reached maximum, and under blue light, leaf chlorophyll content reached minimum. This study is also showed that blue light could promote seedling elongation, increase soluble protein content. Therefore, it should choose a suitable light source based on demands of the different stages of sugarcane tissue culture.
