摘　　要：文章阐述了包钢新建的异形坯连铸机的主要技术参数、特点及工艺控制,分析了异形坯表面裂纹的产生原因,找出了避免裂纹产生的解决措施,可生产满足轧钢厂性能要求的Q235等钢种。In the paper,it is described the main technical parameters,characteristics and process control of newly- built section blank caster in Baotou Steel as well as analyzed the causes of surface cracks for shaped blank. Finally, the measures to avoid cracks are found out,with which such steel as Q235 that satisfies the performance requirements of steel rolling mill could be manufactured.
