摘　　要：文章主要是论述原高炉炉顶Φ400mm放散阀结构设计的局限性和在实际使用中的弊端,提出相应改进措施,并论证其可行性及合理性,以及在实际应用中取得的良好效果和产生的经济效益。In this paper, it is mainly discussed the limitations and shortcomings of structure design for former φ400 mm blow off valve on the top of blast furnace in practical applications as well as proposed the corresponding improvement meas- ures. Moreover, the feasibility and rationality, good effects and economic benefits in practical applications are demonstrated.
