摘　　要：真空系统是离线Low-E镀膜生产线的基础,其设计的优劣直接影响镀膜质量。该文通过对离线Low-E镀膜生产线真空系统的分析,得出相关真空系统最佳配置方案及设计方法。Vacuum system is the basis of off-line Low-E coating line,its design directly affects the quality of coat-ing.This paper finds the best configuration scheme and design method by the analysis of vacuum system of off-line Low-E coating line.
