新型城镇化人文回归视角下农村女性反文化贫困对策思考

摘　　要：新型城镇化不单纯强调城镇人口和城市数量的增加以及城镇规模的盲目扩张,而是以人文关怀和人文进步为价值取向的人文回归城镇化。将新型城镇化纳入人文范畴,尤其是把改善农村女性文化贫困纳入社会发展规划之中,赋予农村女性平等的受教育和培训权利,提升农村女性参与决策及社会管理的能力,在现实生活中实现他们的人格独立和地位独立,是推动农村女性摆脱文化贫困,加速新型城镇化和实现城乡一体化的有效路径。New-type urbanization not simply emphasizes the increase of urban population, the increase of the number of cities and the rapid expansion of urban scale, but also stresses humanistic regression with the value orientation of humanistic care and humanistic progress. The new-type urbanization is included into humanities category, especially by introducing cultural poverty improvement of rural women into social development programs, giving them equal rights to education and training, improving their ability to participate in decision-making and social administration and realizing independent personality and position in their real life, is an effective way to push rural women to get rid of cultural poverty and to accelerate the progress of new-type urbanization and realize urban-rural integration.
