摘　　要：目的探讨罗伊适应模式对老年膀胱癌手术患者心理护理效果的影响。方法选取2009年1月～2013年12月收治的80例老年膀胱癌手术患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组患者采用护理常规进行心理护理，观察组在此基础上给予罗伊适应模式进行心理护理。比较两组患者护理后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分，并调查患者满意度和治疗依从性。结果观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90各因子评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．001）；观察组的满意率和治疗依从率分别为100．0％和100．0％，对照组的满意率和治疗依从率分别为75．0％和25．0％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（均P＜O．001）。结论罗伊适应模式可显著改善膀胱癌手术老年患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理状态，增强患者战胜疾病的自信心，提高患者对于治疗的依从性和满意率。Objective To investigate the effect of Roy adaptation model of psychological nursingoperation in elderly patients with bladder cancer. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with bladder cancer operation were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and observation group （40 cases）. The control group was treated with routine nursing psychological nursing and the observation group was treated on the basis of Roy adaptation of psychological nursing mode. The self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score and self rating Depression Scale （SDS）score, symptom self rating scale （SCL- 90） score were used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients, and investigate the satisfaction of patients and treatment compliance. Results SAS score, SDS score, SCL-90 score of the observation were lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 001）. The satisfaction rate and treatment compliance rate of observation group were 100% and 100%. The satisfaction rate and treatment compliance rate of the control group were 75 % and 25 %. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Roy adaptation model can significantly improve patients with bladder canceroperation in elderly anxiety, depression and other psychological state, enhance the confidence of patients to overcome the disease, patients to improve treatment compliance and satisfaction rate.
