临床护理路径在神经外科患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在神经外科患者中的应用效果。方法将118例神经外科患者按数字法随机分成对照组和实验组各59例,在临床治疗相同情况下,对照组采用传统的护理方法,实验组采用事先制订的临床护理路径,观察两组患者的住院天数、医疗费用、并发症发生率、健康教育知晓程度及患者满意度有无差异。结果在住院时间、医疗费用、并发症发生率、患者满意度及健康教育知晓程度方面,实验组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在神经外科患者中的应用,能有效缩短患者的平均住院日和医疗费用,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度和对疾病健康知识的认知程度,可控制成本和保证护理质量。Objective To study the effect of application of clinical nursing path in patients in the Department of neurosurgery. Methods 118 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 59 patients in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional nursing method and the experimental group with clinical nursing path care process. Results The time of hospitalization, medical expenses, the incidence of complications and patient satisfaction and awareness of health education degree of the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway in Department of neurosurgery patients, can effectively shorten the average length of stay of patients, medical expenses, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction and awareness of health knowledge, control the cost and quality of care.
