摘 要:目的探讨单味中药生姜治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染性胃病的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组的方法将60例Hp阳性胃病患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组仅予标准三联疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上增加生姜治疗,两组均在治疗4周后进行疗效评价和比较。结果治疗组Hp根除率为86.7%,对照组Hp根除率为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药生姜治疗Hp感染性胃病,能提高Hp试验转阴率。其疗效明显,且经济、方便,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To investigate the clin.ical efficacy of Chinese ginger in the treatment of gastritis with helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection. Methods 60 patients with Hp positive gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received standard triple therapy, and patients in the treatment group received Chinese ginger therapy additionally. After 4 weeks of therapy, the clinical effect was evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, significantly higher than 63.3% of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Chinese ginger can improve the negative conversion ratio of lip for patients with gastritis with Hp infection, which is effective, convenient and economical, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
