再生混凝土空心砌块砌体受压变形性能试验

摘　　要：为考察再生混凝土空心砌块砌体的受压性能,制作了再生混凝土骨料替代率为75%、抗压强度平均值达到8.60 MPa的再生混凝土小型空心砌块,进行了再生混凝土空心砌块砌体受压变形性能试验,研究该种砌体在竖向荷载作用下的受力全过程和破坏形态,分析了砌体的受压应力-应变曲线和弹性模量.结果表明:该种砌体的受压性能和破坏特征和普通混凝土砌块砌体基本一样;该种砌体的抗压强度和弹性模量随砂浆强度的增大而提高.通过对试验数据的回归分析,再生混凝土空心砌块砌体的弹性模量及轴心抗压强度可采用GB 50003—2010《砌体结构设计规范》中的相关公式进行计算,提出了再生混凝土砌块砌体受压应力-应变关系上升段计算公式,计算与试验结果吻合较好.In order to investigate the pressure deformation behavior of the recycled concrete block masonry,the small hollow block of recycled aggregates concrete was prepared with average compression strength of 8.60 MPa.The replacement rate of recycled concrete aggregate was 75%.The compression behavior and the elastic modulus of small hollow block masonry with recycled aggregates concrete were investigated to discuss the failure process and the failure feature of recycled concrete hollow block walls.The stressstrain curve and the elastic modulus were also analyzed.The test results show that the compressive properties and the deformation process of recycled concrete hollow block wall are similar to those of ordinary concrete hollow block masonry.The compression limit state reaches after the forming and penetrating of main vertical crack in the specimen.The ultimate bearing capacity and the elastic modulus increase with the increasing of mortar strength.According to the regression analysis of test results,the axis-compression strength and the elastic modulus of recycled concrete hollow block masonry can be calculated by the formula in the standard of masonry structure design code（GB 50003—2010）.Based on the test results,the two proposed stress-strain constitutive models are well consistent with experimental results.
