摘　　要：微课是用一个高度概括性的题目,配以辅助性教学资源,运用多样的教学手段来讲授课程教学的重点和难点,制成若干个短小视频,便于学生有选择地进行个性化学习的一种新型教学方式。以数控技术国家资源库课程机床电气装调的微课程建设为例,介绍了微课在课程建设上的优势,总结了在微课程建设过程中促进了年轻教师的教学水平提高。The microlecture has a general topic,with supplementary teaching resources,emphasizing on u-sing various teaching methods to teach the course,made of several short video,to facilitate students to choose to carry out a new teaching mode of personalized learning.This topic took micro-course construc-tion of NC Technology National Resources Machine Tools Electrical Adj ustment as an example,introduces the advantages of the microlecture in the curriculum construction,summed up in the micro-course con-struction process to promote the teaching level of young teachers to improve.
