摘  要:针对基于Hertz接触理论的轴承刚度计算方法在实际应用中存在较大局限性的问题,通过实验方法建立基于超声波的油膜刚度测试模型,并运用现代微观理论建立了滚子轴承的接触刚度分形模型,推导出油膜刚度和接触刚度与径向载荷的关系。研究分析表明随着径向载荷的增加,油膜刚度和法向接触刚度不断增大。为证明该方法的有效性,运用所建立的模型对某型圆柱滚子轴承进行实例分析,计算得出该滚子轴承的径向刚度。结果表明:油膜刚度与径向载荷成线性关系,随着径向载荷的增大,法向接触刚度增长速率变缓。Traditional Hertz contact theory based method for bearing stiffness calculation is challenged in practial engmeerlng applications. To deliver a practical method, two bearing stiffness models were introduced. A test model based on the ultrasonic was constructed for calculating bearing oil stiffness. A contact stiffness fractal model is presented as well for roller bearing contact modeling and analysis, which is constructed based on modern micro theory. Based on these two models, the relationship between the oil stiffness as well as the contact stiffness and the radial load of the bearing was formuiized, and the bearing stiffness calcula- tion was facilitated. The proposed method was demonstrated by applying to the calculation of radial stiffness for a cylindrical roller bearing. The results show that oil stiffness is linear to radial load, and contact stiffness is increasing slowly with the increase of radial stiffness.
