摘  要:在前人已经优化评估的Ti-Al-Cr-Mn四元热力学数据库的基础上,设计了一种新型α钛合金Ti-6Al-3Cr-1Mn,并利用分瓣式水冷铜坩埚成功制得了该合金。该合金在770℃下经轧机轧制成6mm厚的板材,然后于750℃保温90min进行真空退火热处理,出炉后置于空气中冷却。通过组织观察,发现无论是铸锭还是退火后的板材,室温下均为α型钛合金,与设计相符。室温力学性能试验表明,Ti-6Al-3Cr-1Mn合金的力学性能良好,平均屈服强度为894.9MPa,抗拉强度为926.7MPa,断后延伸率为15.2%。Ti-6Al-3Cr-1Mn合金与典型的α型钛合金TA15相比,室温强度相当,但塑性更好,成本更低。Ti-6Al-3Cr-1Mn合金的自腐蚀电位为-0.21V,自腐蚀电流密度为7.7×10-7 A·cm-2,耐腐蚀性能良好。Based on Ti-Al-Cr-Mn quaternary thermodynamic database, a new α titanium alloy Ti-6Al-3Cr-IMn was designed and successfully prepared by the split water-cooled copper crucible. Roiled the ingot at 770 ℃, the obtained 6 mm-thick sheet undertook the vacuum heat-treatment at 750 ℃ X 90 min Microstructure indicated that the alloy mainly consists of a phase for both as-cast and annealing status, which coincides with the theoretical expectation. Then, mechanical properties of the alloy are meas- ured at room temperature, and the alloy possesses good mechanical properties compared with conventional ; type titanium alloy TA15. The average yield-strength is 894. 9 MPa, tensile-strength is 926. 7 MPa, and average elongation is 15.2%. Comparing with TA15, this alloy has competitive mechanical properties, better elongation and less cost at room temperature. The corrosion potential of the new alloy is --0.21 V and corrosion current density is 7.7×10^-7 A·cm^-2, which shows good corrosion resistance.
