中药热奄包治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药热奄包治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效及护理效果。方法:选取30例痛经患者,采用随机抽样的方式分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用中药热奄包外敷下腹部,经前1周开始至月经来潮第2天,每天一次,连续治疗3个周期,同时给予饮食指导、心理支持及相应护理;对照组口服布洛芬胶囊300mg,每天两次,经前1天开始至月经来潮第2天,连续治疗3个周期。结果:3个月后治疗组患者下腹部疼痛、坠胀、腰酸等症状积分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包治疗原发性痛经具有简便、经济、有效、无不良反应等优势,值得在临床上推广。Objective： To discuss the curative effects and nursing efficacy of hot pack with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods： We chose 30 women suffering from primary dysmenorrhea and divided them into treatment group and control group randomly. We treated the women of treatment group with hot pack with traditional Chinese medicine, dietary guidance, psychological support, and nursing from one week before menses to the second day of menses once a day; the women of control group took 300 mg ibuprofen twice a day from one day before menses to the second day of menses. Both groups accepted treatment 3 months continuously. Resuits： Three months later, the symptom scores of the treatment group improved better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05） in terms of Lower abdominal pain, lapse bowels, sore waist and etc. and the difference was significantly statistical. Conclusion： Using hot pack with traditional Chinese medici ne to treat primary dysmenorrhea is handy, cheap, effective and without side-effects. This method is worth to be popularized.
