口形红细胞增多症行脾切除1例围手术期护理

摘　　要：报告1例口形红细胞增多症行脾切除患者的临床护理经验。护理情况为:密切监测血常规变化,积极改善贫血;术后做好出血、静脉血栓等并发症的观察与预防,合理安排患者饮食,做好心理护理,注意监测血小板并予正确处理。患者住院期间,贫血改善,顺利接受手术,术后未出现出血、静脉血栓等并发症,康复出院。His paper summarizes the splenectomy perioperative nursing of a patient with hereditary stomatocytosis. Nurses closely monitored changes in blood, actively improved the symptoms of anemia; observed and prevented complications after surgery such as bleeding and venous thrombosis, reasonably arranged diet for the patient, carried out better psychological care, properly monitored platelet and correctly handled. During hospitalization, the anemia symptoms of this patient had improved, and the patient had successfully underwent surgery and had no complications after surgery such as bleeding and venous thrombosis, and had recovered and been released from hospital.
