Sysmex xs-800i对小儿异型淋巴细胞警示的可信性评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨Sysmex xs-800i血细胞分析仪在小儿异型淋巴细胞警示与人工镜检的符合性。方法：在生物显微镜油镜下对Sysmex xs-800i血细胞分析仪在小儿异型淋巴细胞报警异常的560例患儿做血细胞形态学检查,然后与仪器分析做统计比较。结果：血细胞Sysmex xs-800i报警在Q-Flag上0-100、100-200、200-300不同分段上都能检出异型淋巴细胞,各个阶段没有明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：Q-Flag报警在200-300段检出临床有意义的异型淋巴细胞的可能性更大,但手工镜检也是必要的。Objective： To compare manual Atypical lympho cell morphology analysis in 1000 cases with which were shown abnormal in Sysmex xs-800i hematology analyzer. Methods： The oil microscope was used in the observation of cell morphology in 560 cases which were shown abnormal in hematology analyzer, then the two groups were statistically anlyzed. Results： The Atypical lympho cell can be found in the abnormal stages of 0-100,100~200, 200~300 of the Q-Flag in Sysmex xs-800i hematology analyzer（P 〉0.05） with no significant differences. Conclusion： The manual morphological examination can not be replaced analyzer especially some diseases. The possibility of clinical significance of atypical lymphocyte detected in the 200-300 section of the alarmed Q-Flag is much greater.
