摘  要:目的:对核桃楸皮抗衰老的自由基机制进行研究。方法:选择ICR小鼠共60只,雌雄各半,使用四唑盐微量自动比色法测定脾淋巴细胞转化指数;免疫荧光法测定脾T淋巴细胞亚群;用PI染色法测定脾淋巴细胞凋亡率,观察小鼠各项免疫功能的影响。结果:实验组小鼠大脑组织匀浆液全部>15,只有正常组大鼠正常(P<0.05)。结论:通过对核桃楸皮抗衰老的自由基机制进行研究发现,核桃楸皮具备抗衰老作用,为临床研究抗衰老新药提供了科学依据。[Objective] To study the free radical mechanism of walnut skin anti-aging. [Methods] Totally 60 ICR mice were chosen, in which male and female were both 30. Spleen lymphocyte transformation index was determinated using the four salts automated colorimetric microassay, spleen T lymphocyte subsets was determined using immunofluorescence, spleen lymphocyte apoptosis rate was determined by PI staining and then we observed the effect on the immune function of mice. [Result] The experimental group mice brain tissue homogenate were all above 15, only the normal group rats were normal (P 〈 0. 05) . [Conclusion] Juglans mandshurica have anti-aging effect, for the clinical study of anti aging drugs and natural non-toxic provides effective basis.
