摘  要:目的检测淋球菌多重耐药株的MtrR基因及FarAB基因的点突变位点,比较二者耐药基因及耐药底物的差异。方法收集淋病患者分泌物标本分离出各型耐药淋球菌株,PCR扩增各菌株中MtrR基因、FarAB基因并测序。结果各型淋球菌耐药株中检测出MtrR,FarAB基因不同突变方式。结论淋球菌多重耐药菌株有Mtr基因、FarAB基因突变造成了淋球菌的不同程度的耐药性能,增加了淋球菌对Has的耐受性,对改变临床抗生素用药具有重要指导意义。Objective To explore and find out the Mtr and FarAB gene mutation locus in multiple resistances system of Nesseria gonorrhoeae, and compare the differences of the two gene mutation and resistant substrate. Methods The Gonorrhea patients' secretion was collected and isolated out kinds of resistant strains by drug sensitive test. Mtr and FarAB gene of in each strain were amplifieated by PCR and analyzed to find out mutation locus. Results These findings showed that every resistantstrain has an unique mutation manner in Mtr and FarAB gene. Conclusions The mutations detected in Mtr and FarAB gene of neisseria gonorrhoeae were responsible for the multiple drug-resistant capacities and were important to guidance of clinical antibiotic treatment.
