摘　　要：目的总结孤立性蝶窦囊肿的临床表现、诊断及治疗方案。方法收集我院近十年孤立性蝶窦囊肿病例,共20例,进行回顾性分析。结果孤立性蝶窦囊肿在临床上比较少见,其临床表现主要为头痛、视力下降、脓涕倒流,术前行影像学CT或MRI检查,术后病理检查可诊断。结论孤立性蝶窦囊肿临床症状和体征不典型,容易误诊和漏诊,详细的问诊、准确的辅助检查、及时的手术治疗可提高诊断率。Objective Making a summary of the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the isolated sphenoid sinus cyst. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the cases of isolated sphenoid sinus cyst collected from our hospital in the last decade. Results Isolated sphenoid sinus cyst is rare in clinic, and the main clinical manifestations are headache, decreased vision, postnasal drip. It can be diagnosed by preoperative imaging CT or MRI examination and postoperative pathologic examination. Conclusion The Clinical signs and symptoms of isolated sphenoid sinus cyst are not typical. It can be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis easily. It can improve the diagnostic rate through detailed inquiry, accurate auxiliary examination, timely surgical treatment.
