摘  要:目的探讨螺旋CT扫描及MPR重建在股骨颈骨折诊断及分型中的临床价值。方法收集2012年1月至2013年5月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者53例,术前均采用螺旋CT扫描及MPR薄层重建,进行骨折解剖分型及garden分型,并与手术分型结果相对照。结果 53例患者均顺利完成CT扫描检查,所有患者均清晰显示了股骨颈骨折线的位置、走形、骨折移位程度、骨折块的多少、分布及周围软组织损伤情况,但在骨折细节显示方面,特别是嵌入型骨折患者,普通扫描不如MPR。与手术结果对照,53例股骨颈骨折患者,解剖分型符合率为96.2%,garden分型符合率为100%。结论螺旋CT扫描及MPR重建技术对股骨颈骨折显示全面、直观、准确,明显优于X线检查,完全可以作为股骨颈骨折患者的首选影像检查方法。Objective To discuss the value of CT scan and multiple planar construction(MPR) in diagnosis and classification of the femoral neck fractures. Methods 53 cases of femoral neck fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to may 2013, all patients were examed by CT scan and multiple planar construction (MPR) before surgery, The resutles of Garden classification and anatomical type by CT scan were compared to those of surgery. Results All patients were examed smoothly by CT scan, the place, direction, distribution of the fracture and the soft tissue injure around were displayed clearly, but multiple planar construction (MPR) is better than ordinary CT scan in details of the fracture, especially in the insert-fracture. The resutles of Garden classification and anatomical type by CT scan were compared to those of surgery,53cases of femoral neck fractures, the consistent of Garden classification and anatomical type were 100% and 96. 2% respectively. Conclusion The spiral CT scan and multiple planar construction(MPR) can veritably, completely and exactly display the femoral neck fractures ,which is better than X-ray, so the CT scan is a best method in femoral neck fractures, it has guiding significance worthy of promotion in the clinical.
