糖尿病肾病的中西医结合个性化康复护理

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病肾病患者实施中西医个性化康复护理的应用效果。方法对50例糖尿病肾病患者施以中西医结合个性化康复护理,并观察护理前后患者血糖、血压、生化指标、焦虑与抑郁状况、生活质量及护理满意度的变化情况。结果患者血糖、血压和生化指标、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和生活质量评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者实施中医个性化康复护理效果明显,缓解病情发展,提高生活质量。Objective： To investigate the clinical diabetic nephropathy rehabilitation care for patients with personalized application effect. Methods： 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy were given routine nursing care and personalized rehabilitation nursing. The blood glucose, blood pressure and biochemical arameters, SDS score, SAS score and quality of life scores nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were observed. Results： After nursing, the blood glucose, blood pressure and biochemical parameters, SDS score, SAS score and quality of life scores were improved significantly （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The patients with diabetic nephropathy implement individualized rehabilitation nursing effect are obvious,alleviate disease progression and improve quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
