崇明地区颜面再发性皮炎174例发病原因及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析崇明地区颜面再发性皮炎的病因及影响因素,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法对入选的174例颜面再发性皮炎患者通过填写调查表,结合斑贴试验、血清总IgE浓度测定、过敏原筛查(酶联免疫印迹法)和嗜酸性粒细胞绝对计数的检测结果,综合分析该病的发病原因和影响因素。结果颜面再发性皮炎的发病原因依次为环境和季节、不明原因、化妆品护肤品、食物和药物因素。患者的发病年龄、性别和季节分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清总IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对计数、斑贴试验、过敏原筛查可呈阳性反应。结论崇明地区颜面再发性皮炎以中青年女性多见,春秋季节发病最多,斑贴试验、血清总IgE浓度测定、过敏原筛查和嗜酸性粒细胞绝对计数检测对面部皮炎的诊断具有一定价值。Objective To analyze the pathogenic and influencing factors of facial recurrent dermatitis in Chongming area,to provide the basis for developing of strategies,prevention and treatment. Methods Questionnaires were employed to analyze the etiology and the influence factors of 174 recurrent facial dermatitis patients. The results of patch test,serum total IgE concentration test,allergen screening test and absolute eosinophil count test were used as important references. Results The inducements of facial recurrent dermatitis were in order of environment and seasonal factors,unexplained factors,cosmetics skin care products factors,food and drug factors. The distribution differences of patients in age,sex and season had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The total serum IgE determination,the absolute eosinophil count determination,patch test and allergen screening can be positive. Conclusion In Chongming area,young and middle-aged women are more likely to suffer from the facial recurrent dermatitis,especially in spring and autumn. The patch test,total serum IgE concentration determination,allergen screening and the absolute eosinophil count test are of certain value in the diagnosis and treatment of facial dermatitis.
