摘 要:针对目前地表水水质评价的模糊性、不确定性和权重确定方法存在的问题,采用最优组合赋权模型将主、客观权重进行优化组合,在可变模糊集理论的基础上,建立最优组合赋权可变模糊模型,以鞍山市为例对其进行实证分析。运用Matlab软件求得最优组合赋权数学模型的主客观线性系数分别为0.6和0.4,基于可变模糊模型对鞍山市地表水水质进行评价,并将结果与模糊综合评价法、灰色关联分析法结果以及实测值进行比较。结果表明:通过该法得出的评价结果符合该地区的实际情况;该模型科学合理、具有一定的可靠性和可操作性。Current methods for the evaluation of surface water quality have problems of fuzziness , uncertainty , and questionable approaches to determining weights .To solve these problems , an algorithm of an optimal combination determining weights model was used to optimize the combination of the subjective and objective weights on the basis of variable fuzzy set theory .A case study was conducted in Anshan City .With the software Matlab , the subjective and objective linear coefficients of the optimal combination determining weights mathematical model were determined to be 0.6 and 0.4 , respectively .Based on the variable fuzzy model , the surface water quality of Anshan City was evaluated , and the results were compared with those of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the gray correlation analysis method , and with observed results .This study shows that the results obtained by the proposed model are applicable to the actual conditions of the study area , and the model is scientific , reasonable, reliable, and easy to operate.
