摘　　要：介绍香港海水冲厕立法的成熟经验,针对我国内地海水冲厕技术推广的局限性,探讨我国内地海水冲厕立法的必要性、可行性及相关措施。认为海水冲厕技术是节约淡水资源的有效途径,其行业的健康快速发展,亟需海水冲厕立法层面的推动和规范。Drawing on experiences of seawater flushing in Hong Kong , we studied the necessity , feasibility, and related measures of legislation for seawater flushing in China's Mainland , in order to overcome the limitations of water flushing technology promotion in China's Mainland .The results show that seawater flushing technology is an effective way to save fresh water resources .In order to maintain healthy and rapid development of this industry , legislation is urgently needed .
