摘 要:为了使集装箱轮胎吊的PLC控制系统可靠稳定地工作,确保所在设备正常运行,提高港口生产效率,现运用理论与实践相结合的方法,探索PLC控制系统抗干扰性能、屏蔽方式、接地方式等,并用实例阐明屏蔽是减小干扰的重要方法之一,而良好的接地技术则是使机械设备中的电控系统平稳运行、直至干扰消除的重要措施;如果在集装箱轮胎吊上把屏蔽技术和接地技术设计得恰当,系统就能表现出抗干扰优势;合理正确的接地方式,对提高集装箱设备利用率有着极其重要的意义.To ensure the equipment operate normally and the port production efficiency qualified, the container of the tyre crane PLC control system must be kept working stably and reliably. With the combination of theory and practice, the methods of PLC anti-interference, shielding methods,and grounding methods will be explored. And it will be illustrated by the examples in practical producing process that shielding is one of the most significant methods to minimize interference. Excellent grounding technology is the most important measure that can keep mechanical equipment in the electric control system running smoothly. The system can perform its anti-interference advantages well as the shielding and grounding on the container tyre crane is designed properly. And it is significant to improve the container equipment efficiency when it is well grounded.
