摘 要:燃油系统是航空发动机的心脏,对航空发动机的各种工作性能影响极大.基于结构设计与改进的研究,建立了某型航空发动机柱塞式燃油泵的数学模型,利用MATLAB数值计算软件,对该模型进行数值分析,得到了柱塞式燃油泵压力和流量脉动变化曲线,并利用AMESIM液压仿真模型,对燃油泵的压力和流量脉动变化曲线进行对比分析.结果表明,随着发动机转速和油门杆角度的增加,柱塞泵的流量和压力脉动幅值增加,当油门杆角度继续加大时,柱塞泵的平均供油量却下降.The heart of aero motor is the fuel system. The study is based on the structure design and improvement of the fuel system. The mathematical model of plunger pump is established in this paper. By using the MATLAB software, the mathematical model is analyzed. The change curve of the plunger about pressure and flow pulsation can be received. On this basis,the hydraulic system simulation model of the plunger is established in the AMESIM software. With the simulation model, the pulsation change curve of pressure and flow are an- alyzed. The results show that the pulsation amplitude of pressure and flow increased along with the thrust lever and the rotate speed of aero motor is increasing. When the angle of thrust lever increased, the average oil of the plunger pump is reduced.
