摘　　要：随着我国物联网产业的高速发展,电信企业的物联网业务发展得热火朝天,电信企业需要对物联网布局问题给予高度关注。合理布局是物联网产业整体协调发展的基础,适应物联网的布局,扬长避短,是电信企业发展物联网的必然条件。本文结合目前电信企业物联网发展的实际状况,根据物联网本身的发展特点,针对物联网布局中存在的问题,提出了若干电信企业物联网产业布局的对策建议,对我国电信企业进行物联网产业布局有一定的参考价值。With the rapid development of China＇s Internet of things（IOT） industry, IOT services in telecom enterprises were developing in full swing. Telecom enterprises need pay more attention on the Iayout problems of IOT. Reasonable layout is the basis of overall coordinated development of IOT, Adapting to IOT industrial layout, making best use of the advantages and bypassing the disadvantages were the necessary conditions of telecom enterprises to develop IOT. Based on the actual development situation of IOT in telecom enterprises and the characteristic of IOT, aiming at the problems existing in IOT＇s industrial layout, some suggestions were put forward to hope for providing a valuable reference for telecom enterprises to formulate IOT industrial layout.
