摘  要:传统农村家电流通渠道存在诸多弊端,农村家电消费市场发展落后。针对农村家电市场基本特点及消费者特征,汇通达网络有限公司创新的商业模式,依托信息技术整合商流、物流、资金流、信息流,重新定义自身在家电流通价值链中的角色,组织起整条产业价值链,引领了农村家电零售业商业模式的创新与变革。Traditional rural household appliance distribution channels have many problems, and the development of rural household appliances consumer market was backward. Based on the basic characteristics and consumer characteristics of rural household appliance market, innovative business models of Huitongda network limited was that. the business flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow were integrated relying on the information technology. Their roles in the value chain of the appliances circulation were redefined, and the entire industry value chain was organized. The rural household appliance retail business model was changed.
