摘　　要：质量文化建构是高校质量管理的新方向。对高校质量文化的解读可知,质量文化概念具有内生共享性、地方性、整体性、演进性等特点和重要的反思性工具价值。在质量文化观照下,中国高校质量管理的改革应该在价值取向上重视内部价值的引导,在权力配置上强调基于院系与学科,在发展手段上重视战略管理。Quality culture building is the new direction of university quality management.From the perspectives of the connotation,elements and types of quality culture,we can see clearly that quality culture has the traits of sharing,locality and evolution and could be used as a reflective tool.From the perspective of quality culture,quality management reform of Chinese universities should take certain new route,such as paying more attention to the inner value of education;giving more power to faculties and departments and taking more strategic management measures.
