摘 要:分析了用电信息采集系统建设和发展的现状,发现当前现场采集计量设备巡检工作主要依靠检测人员定期到用电现场进行设备的检验检测,对设备异常情况往往发现不及时,降低了工作效率,并且主站故障诊断功能在准确性和反应速度方面也存在不足,因此采用分布式的专家系统来对计量装置异常进行监测以及对其故障进行诊断,一方面可以通过获取现场计量设备相关异常信息并与知识库经验数据进行全面诊断分析,可快速定位故障点,便于现场运维人员进行定点排查,从而确保电能计量装置运行的稳定性和计量的准确度,另一方面以专家系统为基础,融入智能诊断算法,以提高故障诊断的速度和准确度。This paper analyzes the situation of electricity utilization information collection system' sconstruction and development and points out that the work inspecting collection metering equipments inthe current site mainly rely on that inspectors detect and test the electrical equipment on siteregularly.Abnormalities are not often found on the device in time, thus reducing the work efficiency. There are alsodeficiencies in the aspects of accuracy and speed of response in master diagnostic' s capabilities.Therefore, a distributed expert system for monitoring exception of metering devices and diagnosing theirfaults is applied. On the one hand a comprehensive diagnostic analysis is conducted by obtaining relevantinformation about the exception and empirical data repository, and you can quickly locate the fault point.It is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to investigate on sentinel site, so it can ensurethe operational stability of energy metering device and the accuracy of measurement. On the other hand,an expert system integrated intelligent diagnostic algorithms in order to improve the speed and accuracy ofdiagnosis.
