摘  要:采用端环氧基丁腈橡胶(ETBN)对双酚A型氰酸酯树脂(CE)进行改性,通过FT-IR表征了CE/ETBN树脂体系固化前后的结构变化,同时对其力学性能进行了测试,最后结合SEM分析了改性体系结构与性能的关系。研究结果表明,采用ETBN增韧CE树脂的效果明显,CE-18树脂的弯曲强度达到最大值148MPa,CE-25树脂冲击强度和断裂韧性K1c分别为35.07kJ/m2和1.32MPa·m1/2。SEM表明CE/ETBN树脂体系中ETBN作为分散相均匀地分布在CE树脂基质中,起到了良好的增韧作用。CE/ETBN树脂体系的耐湿热性优良,水煮96h后吸水率均低于0.9%。The bisphenol A dicyanate resins (CE) were modified by epoxy-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile (ETBN) to improve their toughness.The chemical structure of the CE/ETBN blends was investigated by FT-IR and then the mechanical properties tests were performed.Finally,the relationship between the structure and mechanical properties was established.And the microstructure and mechanical properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results showed an excellent toughening effect of ETBN on CE resin.The flexural strength of CE-18 blend was 148 MPa,and the impact strength of the CE-25 blend were 35.07kJ/m2 and 1.32MPa · m1/2,respectively.SEM results showed that the ETBN as a dispersed phase was evenly distributed in the CE resin matrix,and had a good toughening effect.The CE/ETBN blends system possessed good water resistance with water absorption rate lower than 0.9% after 96 hours in boiling water.
