摘　　要：课程是地方高校教育教学改革的关键着力点,是地方高校基本职能实现的有效媒介。特定文化情境中人存在方式的应然与实然,决定了"地方文化人"是地方高校课程价改革值取向理性选择。但我们必须克服其间的两种倾向,一是以市场为导向的功利性迎合,二是唯从于话语霸权的自我降格。The course is the effective medium for the local college to practice the basic function and it is the key of the reform of local college.The local cultural man could be the value orientation which roots the hu-manity living in the established cultural atmosphere.But we should be carefully about the following：the first is to satisfied the demand of market unending;the second is to lost oneself in the discourse hegemony.
