体育教育对大学生思想政治教育的影响及对策

摘　　要：简要梳理了体育教育与思想政治教育的关系,分析了当代大学生的思想道德素质现状:思想活跃但缺乏辨别是非能力;心里素质脆弱而缺乏人际交往能力,自我意识极强但缺乏集体观念,注重脑力训练但缺乏实践操作能力;进一步分析了高校思想政治教育存在的问题:教学方法陈旧,教学缺乏针对性,理论与实践相脱节,从而提出了通过体育促进大学生思想政治教育的对策:一是加强体育实践,培养集体主义精神;二是运用体育实践中的各种因素,培养辩证法的思想方法;三是培养体育兴趣和技能,改善大学生的心理品质,从而提高大学生的思想政治素养.Political education and physical education are not only two dimensions of quality-oriented education for under-graduates in colleges,but also two pillars of cultivating backup talents for the modernization construction in our country.The j unction between the ideological and political education and the physical education is to be refined trough the analysis on the cur-rent situation of the quality of the undergraduates and the agreement between them.On this basis,the exploration of the physi-cal education,as a dynamic education means and advertisement way,should play a positive role on static ideological and politi-cal education in colleges.
